Each year on June 20th countless people commemorate World Refugee Day.

World Refugee Day invites people of faith to prayerfully reflect on the lives of refugees. We are called to honor the courage, strength and determination of the women, men and children who are forced to flee their homes under threat of persecution, conflict and violence. We are encouraged to raise awareness in our communities about refugee resettlement, so that we might involve more people, and congregations in this transformative and vital ministry of welcome.

We would like to invite you to partner with Church World Service to commemorate this important day. If you’re looking for worship resources, or support materials, to help educate your congregation - or to pass along to your congregational networks - you’re in the right spot!

Thank You!
